Daniel Bigbee – President
Daniel Bigbee is the President and Founder of Capability IT. Daniel’s primary focus within Capability IT is to insure delivery of services to all of our clientele. This promise is built on proven recruiting processes and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Daniel leveraged 19 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service and professional development to lay the foundation for a market leader in IT Recruitment. Beyond IT, Daniel owns and operates Capability Healthcare, a successful healthcare and homecare staffing firm.
Prior to launching Capability, Daniel was the Regional Vice President for an international recruiting conglomerate. Daniel spent well over a decade helping the company solidify its dominant market position. Accolades and notable achievements include recognition for top sales performance, development of successful company-wide operational and customer satisfaction processes, management of all training initiatives for 3,000 employees, and diversification of corporate service offerings.
Daniel attended Oklahoma State University, with a focus on finance and economics. Daniel is the President of the Starlight Children’s Foundation NW and involved in many philanthropic organizations. A Puget Sound area resident for more than 11 years, Daniel currently resides in Sammamish, Washington with his wife of 15 years and their two children.
Jason Ames – Recruitment Manager
Jason Ames comes to us with an extensive background in professional recruiting. After graduating from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, he managed a successful recruiting team with a national leader in staffing.
At Capability IT, Jason Manages the recruiting team and spearheads all client needs to deliver outstanding results above expectations. Responsible for client relationships and defining exact needs, Jason takes a very personal approach to assure the quality of our business.
Jason has in-depth recruiting and Business Development experience in several different verticals, including Technology, Retail, and Financial. He is well-versed communicating with executives from different sized companies ranging from dynamic Start-ups to Global-wide Corporations.
As a competitive and compassionate individual, Jason will go out of his way to successfully solve any problem thrown his way.
Jason is a Native of Lake Tahoe, California. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys Backcountry Snowmobiling, Skiing, Snowboarding, hiking, boating, and golf.
Preston Moore – Recruiter
After graduating with a degree in Psychology from the University of Washington, Preston started off in the health and fitness industry with the goal of helping others live healthier and happier lives. After two years of training, nutritional consulting, and developing his marketing skills, he sought a new challenge. His interest in technology and continuing to help others led Preston to a career in Recruiting.
Preston now works at Capability IT as a Technical Recruiter. He takes a different approach to recruiting, understanding the importance of forming strong relationships with both his clients and candidates. Preston goes the extra mile to get to know the needs and preferences of each.
He specializes in the recruitment of web developers, software engineers, software development engineers in test, mobile developers, UX/UI designers, web designers, database engineers, network engineer, business analyst and project managers.
When Preston is not busy recruiting he enjoys exploring the Pacific Northwest. He is an avid adventurist, foodie, dog lover and coffee connoisseur.
